Our return and exchange policy lasts for 14 days from the date you receive your order.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Digital Products: Downloadable software, e-books, or online course subscriptions.
  • Perishable Goods: Items like food, flowers, or certain personalized items.
  • Sale/Clearance Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items are often final sale (unless defective).
  • Gift Cards.

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Wait for Authorization: We will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on where to send the product.
  3. Ship the Item: Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of your package and mail your product to the authorized return address.

Note: Do not send your purchase back to us without first obtaining an RAN, as it may delay or invalidate your return.


🚚 Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective/Incorrect Item: If the return is due to an error on our part (you received a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind/Size Issues: If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or dislike of the item, the customer is responsible for the original and return shipping costs.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you need a different size (subject to stock availability).

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
