Policy Overview
Our return and exchange policy lasts for 14 days from the date you receive your order.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
β Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:
- Digital Products: Downloadable software, e-books, or online course subscriptions.
- Perishable Goods: Items like food, flowers, or certain personalized items.
- Sale/Clearance Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items are often final sale (unless defective).
- Gift Cards.
π How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at [Your Support Email Address] within 14 days of receiving your item. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return/exchange.
- Wait for Authorization: We will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on where to send the product.
- Ship the Item: Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of your package and mail your product to the authorized return address.
Note: Do not send your purchase back to us without first obtaining an RAN, as it may delay or invalidate your return.
π Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defective/Incorrect Item: If the return is due to an error on our part (you received a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind/Size Issues: If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or dislike of the item, the customer is responsible for the original and return shipping costs.
π° Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 7-10 business days).
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you havenβt received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank. If youβve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
π Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you need a different size (subject to stock availability).
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at [Your Support Email Address] and follow the return procedure above. The item for exchange must be returned before the new item is shipped out.
π Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, youβll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
