IMPORTANT NOTICE: We do NOT ship physical items or paper documents via traditional courier services (such as JNE, J&T, Pos Indonesia, DHL, etc.). All deliverables are strictly 100% digital.

1. Digital Delivery Method

Because the nature of our Nikah Siri (Informal Islamic Marriage) service requires the utmost confidentiality, we employ a strict digital delivery system for your marriage certificate ("Surat Keterangan Nikah Agama").

Format: You will receive a High-Resolution PDF document that is fully formatted, digitally stamped, and signed.
Delivery Channels: Documents are sent directly through end-to-end encrypted messaging platforms, primarily WhatsApp, or via Email upon your specific request.

2. Processing and Delivery Time

For Direct Ceremonies (Akad Nikah)

If you use our religious officiant service (Ustadz/Penghulu) for the ceremony, the digital marriage certificate will be processed and delivered directly to your WhatsApp number within 1 to 24 hours immediately after the Ijab Qabul (marriage contract) has been completed and declared valid.

For Document Creation Service

If you use our service to recreate a lost certificate, the final PDF file will be sent immediately after you review the preview draft (watermarked version) and complete the payment.

3. Zero Shipping Fees

Since all our services result in the delivery of digital files rather than physical packages, there are absolutely no shipping fees, handling fees, or hidden delivery charges applied to your invoice. You only pay for the service itself.
